Rock Paintings of an Arrowhead and Symbols
Shelter of Caboclo in Januaria, Brazil ca. 2800 B.C.
Arrowhead. The importance of this arrowhead, which
measures 53 cm high, and its position on the body of the
black "Great God", is possibly its place in relation to
a "hunting-god" ritual that was practiced in this place
by the shamans. Recent graffiti has defaced the ensemble.
